Hi, I'm Brian

Born and raised in Michigan (metro Detroit - Livonia specifically) with a passion for singing and a dream to help others achieve their dreams, I’m honored to work in an industry where I can help people experience joy, camaraderie/friendships, growth, and escape through music.

Many people ask me, “How did you decide you wanted to teach music?"

I don’t know. I just know I’ve been IN LOVE with music for a long time. Being the son of a teacher and having many great music teachers along the way made the choice to be a music teacher easy. It actually wasn't really a choice at all. All of the years of listening to and performing music helped me hone the ability to connect with audiences and students alike. My focus is to show you what's possible for you and to bring you the very best musical experience I can.

Vocally, I've been classically trained and I use those fundamentals to build a base for you as a soloist in private lessons or a group singer in a choir so you can sing in any style. If we work together we'll utilize all styles of music from pop, to Broadway, to Classical, to whatever type of music you're interested in.

When you work with me, you’ll be getting the experience I bring but more importantly the passion that's been burning for years.

Brian is a graduate of Livonia Churchill High School, attended Michigan State University for music, has a Bachelors of Music Education Degree (choral emphasis) from Florida State University, and has completed masters of music education classes through Boston University. He currently teaches middle school choir and performing arts in the public schools.
